Martin, KY — A traffic stop near the Floyd County Homeless Shelter leads to a drug arrest. According to the Martin City Police Department, a vehicle was stopped for a minor traffic violation and when Officers searched the passenger, a small black bag with a used hypodermic needle, and several small bags with Suboxone, crystal-like substance that appeared to be meth and heroin in gravel form was found. Officers arrested 45-year-old Keith D. Webb of Dwale and charged him with drug paraphernalia, 3 counts possession of a controlled substance, one each for the meth, heroin and suboxone. Webb was lodged in the Floyd County Jail.
