LOGAN, W.Va. — Two Logan County men are in jail, after deputies made a massive drug find Wednesday.
Deputies went to a home on Nighbert Avenue to investigate reports of drug activity. When the homeowner — 41-year-old Thomas Esposito — came to the door, they immediately detected a strong scent of marijuana.
Esposito was found with two dozen Suboxone strips, but that was nothing compared to what they found inside the house. The deputies packed away 22 lbs. of marijuana and thousands of pills, along with THC wax, psychedelic mushrooms and meth.
Esposito and another man in the house — 43-year-old Randall Todd Mooney — were both arrested and booked in the Southwestern Regional Jail.
