SALYERSVILLE, Ky. — Magoffin County deputies serving a search warrant came away with an arrest for meth trafficking.
Deputies were at a home off of Route 7 around 8:30 last Friday night, and asked the occupant — 40-year-old Nathaniel Stephens — if he had anything illegal on him, and he turned over a small bag containing 4.7 grams of meth.
The search turned up a variety of drug paraphernalia and trafficking materials, and the officers also found more than 21 grams of meth in his truck, along with a loaded gun.
Stephens was arrested on meth trafficking and other charges.
