PAINTSVILLE, Ky. — A Paintsville woman was arrested for child endangerment, after police found drugs and paraphernalia in her home.

Police went to an apartment on Stafford Avenue following a referral from social services. They found three adults and two small children in the apartment, and two of the adults were arrested for outstanding warrants.

The also found one of the children playing with an empty Suboxone bottle in a crib, as well as drugs and drug paraphernalia, including loaded syringes, throughout the home. That resulted in the arrest of the third adult in the home, 26-year-old Amy Michelle Morgan.

She is charged with endangering the welfare of a minor, which is a misdemeanor.
