Mingo County, Ky: A Mingo County woman is facing a federal drug charge. 60-year-old Marcia “Marty” Evans, of Gilbert, was indicted a week ago, but the case remain sealed until she appeared in court today. Evans is charged with a single count of conspiracy to distribute suboxone. According to the indictment, Evans worked with others to distribute the drug in Mingo County over a yearlong period in 2015 and 2016. She will appear in court next week for arraignment.
