This week, the problem of drivers not stopping for school buses that are loading or unloading students has been the topic of many conversations.  Bus drivers say it is a daily occurrence for motorists to pass their stopped buses, especially on US 23.  Kentucky State Police officials say there is no excuse for drivers not knowing the laws regarding stopped school buses.  Shannon Deskins got the details from Sgt.
