A man wanted in connection to an Ohio murder was arrested in Martin County Friday.

The Martin County Sheriff’s Office, Kentucky State Police, and the United States Marshals arrested 32-year-old Zane Bartley from Oakwood Ohio at a home on Branham Drive in Tomahawk. Bartley is wanted for his involvement in the September 20th murder of Phillip Koenn in Paulding County, Ohio.

Police also arrested Marcella Wright of Ohio for outstanding warrants out of Paulding County for possession of Meth.

Both are lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville awaiting extradition.
