A 5-week-old male has been confirmed positive for COVID-19 in Pike County, KY.

According to the Pike County Health Department, the patient has been hospitalized.

This new case brings the county’s total to 29 confirmed positive (24 confirmed and 5 probable).

Of the 29 people confirmed positive for COVID-19, 26 have recovered and two died as a result of the virus.

No other information has been released at this time.
