LOUISA, Ky. — Louisa Police arrested a number of people Thursday during a roundup of people wanted on outstanding warrants.
But one woman found herself facing additional charges.
An officer spotted Pamela Stiltner, 43, driving along Blaine Creek Road and knew that she was wanted, so he tried to pull her over. The car accelerated instead, leading the officer on a chase until it suddenly swerved into a driveway where a 6-year-old was playing nearby.
Police say Stiltner then ran behind nearby homes, allegedly looking for someone to hide her. She was arrested after one resident told her she needed to leave.
In addition to the original warrant, Stiltner now faces wanton endangerment, fleeing police and other charges.
