WARFIELD, Ky. — A Martin County man has been arrested after being accused of sexually abusing a child.

Nathan Blackburn, 28, of Warfield, was indicted by a Martin County grand jury on a single charge of first-degree sexual abuse on Thursday and he was arrested the same day.

Details of the allegations were not immediately available, but the victim in the case is younger than 12.

Blackburn is being held in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville on a $10,000 cash or property bond.
