PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Magoffin County man has signalled that he intends to change his plea in a federal child pornography case.

David Keith Jackson, 54, of Salyersville, was indicted back in March on two counts of receiving and one count of possessing child porn.

On Monday, his attorney requested that he be rearraigned in case. The motion does not say if a plea deal has been worked out.

Jackson was scheduled to go on trial later this month.
