Conn escape accomplice to plead guilty

LEXINGTON, Ky. — The man accused of helping former disability attorney Eric C. Conn flee the country is now ready to plead guilty.

Curtis Wyatt filed a motion Friday to plead guilty to a single count of conspiracy to escape. U.S. District Judge Danny Reeves scheduled a hearing for him to do so on March 30, in Lexington.

Wyatt is accused of helping Conn escape by scouting border crossings, and helping him obtain a vehicle and funnel money out of the country.
