DORTON, Ky. — Rob Elkins is excited to announce his candidacy for Magistrate, District 3, of Pike County, Ky. As a lifelong resident of Pike County and a dedicated community advocate, Elkins is committed to transparent, accountable and responsive leadership for the people of District 3.
