LOUISA, Ky. — An expired license plate resulted in a Lawrence County man being arrested for drug trafficking.

Randy Wright, 32, was pulled over for the expired tag on Saturday. He then gave a deputy permission to search his car.

The deputy reportedly found several plastic bags containing a combined 2.6 grams of suspected meth, along with drug paraphernalia and a ledger containing the weights of the bags.
