FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (MTN) — The Floyd County Sheriff’s Department recently released their schedule of safety checkpoint dates and times.
According to a Facebook post by the department, the safety checkpoint locations listed below will start the month of July between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM and run until October.

- RT 306 Wheelwright
- Cliff Road
- RT 1210

- RT 122 Garth to Minnie
- RT 1086 & 7 Wayland
- Ky RT 1428 Martin
- Ky RT 1 1 4 MAC area
- Toler Creek
- Dwale
- Stone coal at Garrett
