PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Floyd County man has reached a plea deal in his federal drug and gun case.

If accepted, it would see him sentenced to at least 15 years in prison.
Justin K. Bryant, 35, of Martin, is currently charged with possession meth and fentanyl with the intent to distribute, possession of meth with the intent to distribute, using a gun in the drug trafficking crime, and felon in possession of a firearm.
On Friday, his attorney filed a motion for rearraignment, which would see him plead guilty to one count of possession with intent and using a gun in a drug trafficking crime, while the other two charges would be dropped. If accepted, the binding plea agreement would require him to be sentenced to between 180 and 225 months in prison.
The judge has scheduled a hearing for Bryant to change his plea for Tuesday in Ashland federal court.
