An incident that happened Saturday evening in Grundy, Virginia initially looked like an attempted child abduction.  But, the Grundy Police Department’s investigation is showing that wasn’t the case.  EKB News reporter Shannon Deskins spoke to police officials today in Grundy and brings us this report.
