PRESTONSBURG, Ky. — One person has been charged with murder after a Floyd County man was shot to death on Sunday.

Kenneth Harris, 43, was found dead of a gunshot wound at a home on Valleydale Road.

Following the initial investigation, a juvenile boy was arrested and charged with murder.

Kentucky State Police is continuing to investigate.
