PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Louisville woman has been indicted in U.S. District Court in Pikeville on charges related to meth trafficking in Pike and Clark counties.
Bethany Sutton, 41, is charged with conspiracy to distribute, distributing and possession with the intent to distribute more than 500 grams of meth. She faces between 10 years and life in prison if convicted.
In addition to the criminal charges, prosecutors are also seeking to take her car — a 2018 Dodge Challenger — which they say was used in alleged crimes.
