Floyd County, KY — A Martin County man accused of terroristic threatening and fleeing from police was arrested Tuesday evening. According to the Martin City Police Department, 35-year-old Adam A. Maynard of Inez was arrested by Chief Kenny Stidham at Bucks Branch Road in Martin. Maynard had outstanding bench warrants of arrest out of Martin County charging Criminal Mischief 2nd degree, Public Intoxication of a controlled substance, Disorderly Conduct 2nd degree, Terroristic Threatening, Fleeing or Evading police and bail jumping. Maynard was lodged in the Floyd County Detention Center.
