ADAMS, Ky. — A Lawrence County man was arrested Thursday, on charges related to child pornography.

William Matthew Howard, 34, was arrested on 20 counts of distributing child porn. Police say the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch discovered Howard allegedly uploading images of child sexual exploitation to the internet.

He is being held in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center, in Paintsville.
