INEZ, Ky. — An Ohio man has been arrested following his indictment on sexual abuse charges in Martin County.
John Perry, 73, of Eastlake, Ohio, was booked in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center in Paintsville early Tuesday morning.
Court records indicate he was indicted earlier this month on three counts of first-degree sexual abuse. Two of the charges involve a victim younger than 12 years old.
Perry is being held on a $10,000 cash bond.
