PRESTONSBURG, Ky. — A two-car crash Monday night near Prestonsburg resulted in one person being killed and another hospitalized.

According to Kentucky State Police, Randal Ousley, 25, of Prestonsburg, was driving along Route 114 at Middle Creek, when he crossed the center line and struck a van driven by Glenn Tuttle, 69, of Garrett.

Tuttle died at the scene.

Ousley was airlifted to a regional hospital and is said to be in serious condition.

The crash remains under investigation by Kentucky State Police.
