
PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Pike County man was arrested for drug trafficking, after police witnessed him enter an apartment they had under surveillance.
Pikeville Police had been monitoring an apartment on Owens Drive, when they spotted Larry Robinson, 37, of Pikeville, enter the home. Officers knew Robinson to be the subject of two drug trafficking warrants, so they went to pick him up.

Once they got inside the apartment, police took Robinson into custody and reportedly found him with a large amount of meth and fentanyl, along with drug trafficking materials and $617 in cash. He was arrested and charged with trafficking in meth and fentanyl.
Also in the apartment was Patrick Dwayne Combs, 27, of Busy, who was also wanted on a number of warrants. He was also arrested and police allegedly found him in possession of fentanyl. He was charged with drug possession, in addition to the warrants.
