PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Pike County man is facing up to five years in prison, after being accused of a midnight vandalism spree at a local car dealership.
Jacob Thacker, 42, of Pikeville, is charged with first-degree criminal mischief.
Police say Thacker went to the Walters GM Auto Mall Saturday night just before midnight and used a black metal bar to break out the rear windows of four SUVs and the second-row driver’s side window of another SUV, as well as to damage the hood of a pickup truck.
Thacker was arrested Tuesday. He pleaded not guilty to the charge and is being held in the Pike County Detention Center.
