GRUNDY, Va. — Grundy Police are investigating reports that a man and woman were filmed engaging in sex next to pump 7 of a local gas station on New Year’s Day.
The department issued a statement on Thursday saying they are aware of the incident and they are investigating, along with the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office.
Police say charges are pending.
The Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office also released a statement, reporting it has received many calls about the incident and saying it is working with Grundy Police and the Buchanan County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office regarding potential prosecution.
In a Facebook post, the man reportedly in the video maintains it is not him. He claims he once dated a video editor who made a fake video for revenge after they broke up.
