CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A Logan County man released from federal prison earlier this year faces the possibility of going back, after being indicted on new charges.

Jay James Fields, 38, was released in March after serving an 18-month sentence on a charge of unlawfully transporting firearms.

Now he has been charged with distributing heroin and meth.

Fields is jailed in the Southwestern Regional Jail in Holden.
