PRESTONSBURG, Ky. — Authorities say the body of a missing Floyd County man has been found in Johnson County.
Paul Setser, 46, of Auxier, was last seen Dec. 30 at some apartments near Old Abbott Mountain Road.
On Wednesday, the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office reported finding a body along Old Ratliff Road, off of Route 825 in Johnson County. The State Medical Examiner’s Office on Thursday identified the body as Setser.
The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office says examiners also confirmed that Setser did not die of natural causes. As a result, deputies have now opened a homicide investigation.
