PIKEVILLE, Ky. — The Pike County Humane Society will at the Pikeville Farmers Market on Tuesday, Aug. 6, to sign up pet owners for discount spay and neuter services.
Central Appalachian Veterinary Clinic, of South Williamson, has 40 appointments available. To qualify for the service, the pet owners must be Pike County residents. A $25 cash co-pay is required. There is a limit of two pets per household.
Appointments will begin Aug. 7 and continue through the month of August.
Signups will take place beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Pikeville Farmers Market Pavilion, at 130 Adams Lane, in Pikeville.
