Two charged in Logan County fentanyl case

LOGAN, W.Va. — Two Logan County men are in jail, after deputies allegedly found them in possession of a variety of drugs.

The Logan County Sheriff’s Office says Ryan Davis, 28, and Joseph Runyon, 32, were arrested after deputies found them with seven bags containing 51 grams of a substance believed to be Fentanyl, along with three bags containing 24 grams of a crystalline rock substance and 15 grams of a green plant substance.

Both men are charged with conspiracy, possession of fentanyl, possession with intent to deliver, and obstructing an officer.

They are being held on $250,000 full cash bonds.
