SALYERSVILLE, Ky. — A Magoffin County woman was arrested after allegedly pointing a gun at a man while arguing in front of a police officer.
A sheriff’s deputy wrote in his report that Sabrina Romans, 39, of Salyersville, was arguing with a man, when she pulled a handgun and pointed it directly at the man’s face.
The deputy got his own gun and ordered Romans to drop her weapon. He said he had to tell her several times before she finally complied.
The woman said she pulled the gun because the man threatened to hit her, but he denied that claim.
Romans was jailed on a charge first-degree wanton endangerment
