Magoffin County, Ky.–It happened during a traffic stop on the Mountian Parkway in Salyersville.
According to the arrest citation the Magoffin County Sheriff’s Department found a substance that is believed to be meth in a bag of snacks and two meth pipes in a fast food restaurant bag in a vehicle driven by 47-year old Sandra Baldwin of Paintsville. Additional narcotics, drug paraphernalia and a child was also found in the vehicle.
Baldwin was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a minor, 4-counts of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and DUI.
