STOPOVER, Ky. — Kentucky State Police is investigating, after three people were shot, killing two of them.

It happened on Widows Branch at Stopover on Friday.

Police say two people died at the scene. The third person was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Identities of the victims have not yet been released.

Detective Joseph Coleman is in charge of the investigation.
