SALYERSVILLE, Ky. — A Magoffin County man has been arrested four months after being indicted on multiple child porn counts.
James Cole, 48, of Salyersville, was first arrested back in January following an investigation by the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crimes Branch.
KSP discovered child porn images being uploaded to the internet and traced the source to Cole’s home on Rockhouse Fork Road. After obtaining a search warrant, Cole was interviewed and reportedly admitted to viewing the images on a gaming device.
After bonding out, he was indicted in May. He was arrested on the indictment warrant Tuesday. He was released from jail Wednesday after posting a $10,000 cash bond.
