WHEELWRIGHT, Ky. — The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information on a missing Wheelwright teen.

Cody Oliver Tackett, 17, was last seen around 3:30 in the morning on Feb. 19. He was wearing an orange camouflage hoodie, hat and boots.

The sheriff’s office says Tackett left home on his own, as there is security video of him leaving.

The department has received numerous tips and has followed up with other police agencies both in and out of Kentucky, but so far has not located him.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or your local law enforcement agency.
