PHELPS, Ky. — Kentucky State Police is asking for the public’s help in locating a teenager who disappeared while riding a dirt bike.
Cheyann Hatfield, 17, of Phelps, was last seen Sunday riding a green Kawasaki KX 125 on an old strip mine road between Phelps and Blackberry. She is described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 160 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a red shirt and blue jeans when she was last seen.
