PRESTONSBURG, Ky. — Two CSX crew members were injured in an accident as a train was traveling through Prestonsburg Saturday night.
CSX spokesman Bryan Tucker tells Mountain Top News that the train was going through the city just before 7 p.m., when it struck a large tree limb.
Tucker said the two crew members working on that train were injured. Rescue crews were able to get them to the hospital to be checked out. While he didn’t have an update on their current condition, Tucker did say their injuries were not life-threatening.
