Charleston, WV — Farm-to-Table dinners are coming back to West Virginia. Multiple state agencies on Tuesday announced the second annual farm-to-table event series. The dinners will take place at state park restaurants, putting locally grown foods and products on the menu from June to September. Several of the events will have themes such as “Hoedown on the Hill” happening August 23rd at the Chief Logan State Park which will feature locally sourced foods like wilted lettuce salad, finger lickin’ ribs, fried green tomatoes, carrot cake and more. The Farm-to-Table dinners program is designed to teach people about their local foods.
