KIMPER, Ky. — Officials have issued a Golden Alert for a Pike County man last seen Thursday afternoon.

Phillip Stiltner was last seen at his home on Longfork Road around 1:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Stiltner is described as 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 170 lbs. He was last known to be wearing jeans and a button-up shirt. He has a history of dementia and walks with a limp.

Stiltner’s car and cane were left at home. The only medication he has with him is nitroglycerin in his shirt pocket.
