Johnson County Public Library closes temporarily amid pandemic

PAINTSVILLE, Ky. (MTN) — The Johnson County Public Library has announced they will be temporarily closing its doors to the public as of Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2020.

According to a release from the Johnson County Public Library, the administration feels that this action will help ensure the safety of the local community and staff at this time.

Although there will be no face-to-face services provided, library administration says that they will continue its curbside pick-up service.
