Lawrence County Cruises Past Rowan County Behind Harris’ Hot Shooting

The Lawrence County Bulldogs turned in a dominant performance Thursday night, rolling past the Rowan County Vikings 81-51.

Lawrence County placed three players in double figures, led by Kaiden Harris, who poured in 27 points to pace the Bulldogs. Harris was efficient from the floor, shooting 73.3 percent overall and 57.1 percent from beyond the arc.

Hayden Perry followed with 12 points, knocking down 54.5 percent of his shots, while Kaden Johnson rounded out the double-figure scoring with 10 points on 50 percent shooting.

The Bulldogs were also strong on the glass, with CJ Waller leading the way by pulling down 13 rebounds. As a team, Lawrence County shot 46.6 percent from the field, 39.1 percent from three-point range, and finished with 41 total rebounds.

Lawrence County will be back on the court Saturday, Dec. 20, when the Bulldogs travel to the Charles W. Miller Complex to take on DuPont Manual at 8 p.m. as part of the 2025 Mac’s Holiday Classic.
