LOUISA, Ky. — A Louisa man has been arrested after police accused him of uploading child pornography.

Phillip Adam Webb, 34, was arrested Thursday, after Kentucky State Police and Ashland Police Department searched his home. Police seized electronic equipment from the home, as well as a handgun in his bedroom.

Webb is barred from having a gun after pleading guilty to manslaughter for shooting and killing his father in 2002.

He is now charged with two counts of distributing child porn and one count of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
