LONDON, Ky. — A federal grand jury has indicted a Perry County man on drug and gun charges.

Andrew Oliver, 23, of Vicco, is accused of possessing meth with the intent of distributing it in Knott and Perry counties. He is also accused of possessing a .45 caliber handgun, despite having previously being convicted of a felony.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison.
