SALYERSVILLE, Ky. — A Magoffin County man has been arrested after investigators say they caught him sharing child porn online.

James Cole, 48, of Rockhouse Fork Road, was arrested Tuesday on eight counts of possession of child pornography. The charge is punishable by 5-to-10 years in prison, if he is convicted.

The images are said to have contained one or more victims under the age of 12.

Cole is currently being held without bond in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
