PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A man arrested last month on drug trafficking charges has once again been arrested for drug trafficking.
Police pulled over Seth Wellman, 43, of Elkhorn City, Friday afternoon for a seatbelt violation. But the officer allegedly found him with a bag of marijuana and a large amount of cash in his pockets. The officer also allegedly discovered a black metal box in the center console, containing numerous packages of meth, pills and marijuana.
Wellman and another person were arrested Nov. 14, after police raided a Pikeville home and discovered meth, heroin, marijuana, pills, weapons and cash.
Wellman was arrested on several charges, including trafficking in meth and marijuana.
