PIKEVILLE, Ky. – The Pikeville Babe Ruth Softball League have set dates and location for its upcoming spring training.

The league announced this week that training will take place each evening at 6:30 p.m. and lasting until 8:30 p.m. at Raleigh Wright Field at Bob Amos Park.

Organizers posted the information at its Facebook page, where those interested can find out more, adding its excitement for the things to going again.

“We try to invest in our girls as much as we can with this league. We do these days of practice before our evaluations, so that all girls have an understanding of basic fundamentals and skills they can take home and practice on their own with their families.”

The training dates are February 17th, 19th, 24th, and 26th. The camp will see special guest coaches to be named later.
