President, First Lady in quarantine, after testing positive for COVID-19

WASHINGTON, D.C. — President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump have tested positive for the coronavirus.

Both the President and First Lady confirmed the news on Twitter, saying they have gone into quarantine and are feeling well at this time.

The news comes after White House senior advisor Hope Hicks tested positive on Thursday, after traveling with the president aboard Air Force One earlier in the week.

The White House has canceled all public events on the president’s calendar for the next few days.
