Sheriff: $70K worth of meth seized in Johnson County

THEALKA, Ky. — An investigation into meth and heroin trafficking is continuing in Johnson County, after deputies, Operation UNITE officers and DEA agents raided a home on Boyd Branch last week.



The officers seized a variety of drugs, including $70,000 worth of meth, as well as cash, guns and other items.

No arrests were made during the raid, but federal indictments are said to be pending.
