Tony Moran made a special appearance at Starter’s in Williamson to have lunch with his devoted fans on Saturday. Tony had started acting with his sibling in commercials when he decided that he didn’t want to pursue that career path. As he grew older, he was cast in the 1978 blockbuster Halloween as the “unmasked Michael Myers”. Moran states that he spoke with John Carpenter and they both decided that the movement of Michael Myers should be “from another world” and almost “mechanical”. Tony also states that he thought after the movie came out that it would last a couple of weeks at the drive-in, but is so blessed that he has this many devoted fans after 41 years.
