PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Louisville woman is asking to change her plea in a case accusing her of distributing meth in Pike and Clark counties.

Bethany Sutton, 41, is charged with conspiracy, distributing meth and meth possession in U.S. District Court in Pikeville. Those charges carry a potential sentence of between 10 years and life in prison.

She previously pleaded not guilty, but in a motion filed by her attorney on Wednesday, she asked to change her plea, saying she has reached a deal with prosecutors. The motion gives no indication about the terms of her plea deal.

A hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 15.
